Proving that the old ones are the best, sure made me smile.

😂😂 Words fail me Lewis.

I hadn't heard these or else I'd forgotten them. Or, just thought, maybe before my time? (now you're laughing in disbelief?) So funny and just proves that the old jokes are definitely the best!

Thank you for the smiles, Lewis - super work as always!

Simple humour is the best, and these certainly fit the bill Lew. Thanks for the morning smile!

I had not heard the Sir Cumference joke. It made me laugh, super work Lewis.

Makes me smile too - you always brighten my day.

Ahh the Cooper early morning humour and excellent characters is so good for the sole and the start of the day . They should be on prescription, with a percentage going back to you Lew, I always look forward to your work .

Great drawings Lewis and good fun. 👍 Brilliant work as always 😄

Boom boom, you never fail Lewis. A grey day suddenly got brighter.

I don't know how you do this day after day, and with such delightful drawings, how can one groan at the jokes?

Horrible jokes, great artwork Lew. Keep em coming..(-:

Thanks yet again , Lewis , off to bed with a grin instead of a grimace

😂😂 always makes me smile- the jokes and especially the characters to go with them and it’s the little details on your drawings that makes it so good. Not a joke but my daughter got married at Houghton tower where the story goes that a piece of beef tasted so good it was knighted “Sir- loin” by king James 1.

This made me chuckle out loud Lewis. You’re a genius.

Thanks to everyone for putting up with these old jokes...just an excuse to draw some cartoon characters. That's a great story about Houghton Tower, Christine.

Great humour, super work!

It’s a new one for me Lewis, lol…..magic.

Love these jokes! Love your illustrations Lew, gave me a laugh.

I look forward to your caricatures Lewis. You have a rich sense of humour & a great talent to capture it on paper.

You always bring a smile to my face.

Top of the class.

Sir Cumference gave me a right old chuckle Lewis!

The doctor joke may well be the oldest joke I know...the madness of it still makes me smile. Pen and watercolour, approx A4 size. Actually these were done on the backs of old pictures. So...recycled paper for recycled jokes.
