This is great, I can see why you were drawn to paint this image, and you've caught the action so well. Excellent work John.

Excellent and I can definitely see the attraction!

Excellent

This works great. Really well painted.

You have really painted this very well .

Wonderful John.

Don't know about you, ducks, but I'm going this way..... I like the dynamism, and the massive form of that cow: not a creature with whom I would have wished to struggle...

Definitely full of action and can hear the “moo”!

Excellent portrayal of an attractive topic John, Nice work,

Wonderful painting John. The struggle with the cow is so well depicted.

Moo-arvellous!

Thank you all folks for your feedback. It is very much appreciated.

You’ve really caught the action in this one - great painting.

How could you not John. You have caught the action and strength in the image absolutely The lighting is as ever superb in the folds of her dress.

Love it! No wonder it attracted your attention, John

I simply had to paint this dynamic action going on between the cow and the woman. It is a crop from a larger painting by a french artist Julien Dupre (1851-1910. My copy is oil on mix media paper 8x8 inches.
